So You Need a Restaurant Oven, What About These?

Pizza oven
A pizza restaurant oven comes in a wide variety of models, but by far the most common is the deck oven, which is found in most pizza stores. These deck ovens have a single compartment on the front of the oven where you can slide product in and out. They come in a variety of sizes and are generally available in single-, double-, or triple-stack configurations. Small countertop units can be found for a couple thousand dollars but for larger more functional units expect to pay from $5.000-$10,000 depending on the size.

Cook and hold oven
Cook and hold ovens are a dream for banquet and large party functions. These restaurant ovens are much like the name suggests. They will cook at a desired temperature for a given time period and then can be set to stop and lower to a holding temperature. Many units can also be programmed to go into their hold cycle when meat has achieved a certain temperature. These restaurant ovens come in varying sizes from smaller countertop models to large floor models. Likewise the price varies as the size increases so look to spend according to your size requirements (from a few thousand to ten thousand).

Rotisserie oven
These dependable and efficient units offer a unique opportunity to display a variety of foods to the customer while they cook. The rotation of the product as it cooks not only cooks evenly but also preserves moisture wonderfully. As people usually eat with their eyes first they create a wonderful and enticing meal before the customer even gets the meal in their hands.

Revolving oven
Based on the rotisserie oven method of cooking, these units are the big brothers. Revolving ovens use a wheel type assembly to rotate trays in the oven cavity. The trays are loaded and unladed from the front doors.
